Totality conceived and produced a new lifestyle-driven magazine as part of an international content-driven marketing campaign for a high-end UK residential developer.
Homes & London is a lifestyle magazine created on behalf of St James, one of the UK’s premier residential real estate developers. It has an editorial remit to showcase the best that London has to offer those who choose to live in and around it. Published twice a year, every issue is based around a theme that is both relevant to St James and engaging to readers, with around two thirds of content dedicated to lifestyle editorial features, and the remainder showcasing St James’ portfolio.
We recommended the name “Homes & London” to elevate the magazine above other publications, by positioning the company in relation to the whole London area. It offers editorial that is of genuine interest and value, as opposed to many similar publications which are often little more than thinly disguised corporate brochures.
The magazine available in both print and digital formats, is used by sales staff as well as distributed in locations (both in the UK and Internationally) that match the profile of prospective buyers. The digital version was initially published as a free app; latterly the decision was made to create an online version instead. We have extended the publication’s reach by designing and managing the digital and social media campaign featuring customised content.
